Welcome to BrewPastors.org (the “Site”), operated by BrewPastors (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site.
1. Description of Service
BrewPastors.org provides content, resources, and a platform for discussion related to faith, ministry, community, and (occasionally) the appreciation of craft beverages, aimed at pastors and ministry folks. Features and services may change—like your favorite beer tap rotation.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. If you’re here for the beverage talk, you must be of legal drinking age where you live (21+ in the U.S.). By using this Site, you promise you meet all age requirements.
3. User Conduct
Play nice and keep it legal. Prohibited behavior includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
- Posting anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Posting content that infringes on others’ intellectual property.
- Impersonating anyone or misrepresenting your affiliation.
- Uploading viruses or malicious code.
- Promoting illegal or irresponsible drinking.
- Collecting or storing personal data about other users without consent.
- Spamming or using the site for unsolicited commercial purposes.
We can revoke your access if you break the rules.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, BrewPastors and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material on BrewPastors.org. All rights reserved. This covers text, graphics, logos, images, compilations, and software.
You may access the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not:
- Republish material without proper attribution and permission.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license our material.
- Reproduce or copy our material for commercial purposes.
- Redistribute content unless it’s specifically made for redistribution.
5. User-Generated Content
If you post comments, articles, or other content (“User Content”), you grant BrewPastors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.
You warrant you own or control all rights to your User Content; it’s accurate; it doesn’t violate these Terms or harm anyone; and you’ll indemnify BrewPastors for claims resulting from your content.
We can (but don’t have to) monitor, edit, or remove User Content. We take no responsibility for User Content posted by you or anyone else.

General: Info on BrewPastors.org is for general informational and discussion purposes only. We try to keep it accurate and up-to-date, but we make no promises—use at your own risk.
No Professional Advice: Nothing here is a stand-in for professional theological, pastoral, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Ask the pros if you have questions.
Alcohol Responsibility: Any mention of alcohol is for adults of legal drinking age. We don’t endorse illegal, excessive, or irresponsible drinking. You’re responsible for following your local laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
BrewPastors and its crew aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use (or inability to use) the Site;
- Conduct or content of any third party;
- Content obtained from the Site;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party websites or services. BrewPastors has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. We’re not liable for any damage or loss from using or relying on such content. Read their terms and policies before you dive in.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, for any reason (including violating these Terms). When we do, your right to use the Site stops immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We can modify or replace these Terms at any time. If it’s a big change, we’ll try to give you at least 30 days’ notice (possibly via a notice on the Site). What counts as a “material change” is up to us.
By continuing to use the Site after revisions take effect, you agree to the new terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the Site.
